Vintec Club Private Tastings – Terms and Conditions

Consumption of Alcohol:

According to the Australian Law regarding consumption of alcohol guests should be at least 18 or beyond to attend the Vintec Club Private Tastings.

Each participant of the night must supply suitable photographic proof of age evidence on request by the Vintec Club.
The Vintec Club is entitled to refuse entry of any person below this age and/or unable to proof identity.

Cancellation policy:

Notification of any cancellation for an event must be made in writing to concierge@vintecclub.com
. Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to the event to be refunded.
Every cancellation received in the two weeks prior to the event will not be refunded, but can be transferred – see below.

Transfer policy:
If one or several guests are unable to attend the night, booked and secured seats are transferable to the person(s) of their choice.
Guests should inform the Vintec Club in writing the name of the person who will attend the event on their behalf and their contact details.

Image Release:
In registering for Vintec Club events, delegates grant permission to the Vintec Club, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used on social media, and/or for promotional, news, on-line multimedia, by and for the Vintec Club. Delegates agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from the Vintec Club in respect of their image/likeness or its use.
Should a delegate not agree to the above image release, they must advise the Vintec Club prior to the event by contacting concierge@vintecclub.com
